Man charged with assault and criminal damage in Enniscorthy
A case involving a man from Enniscorthy was adjourned for hearing when it went before last week’s sitting of Gorey District Court.
Anthony Giltrap, 45 Sli Na Slaine, Enniscorthy, is charged with alleged criminal damage at Shape Up Gym, the Promenade, Enniscorthy, on March 3, 2020.
The accused is further charged with assault causing harm at Slaney Street, Enniscorthy, on the same date.
When the matter went before Judge John Cheatle at Wednesday’s court sitting, solicitor, Lana Doherty, said her client was seeking a hearing date in the case.
Having noted the nature of the charges Judge Cheatle adjourned the case until July 14.
