Man accused of theft from Wexford pharmachy

A case involving a man charged with an alleged theft related offence was adjourned when it went before a recent sitting of Gorey District Court.
Dean McDonald, 8 Fr Murphy Close, Enniscorthy, is charged with stealing property from Sam MCauley’s, Court Street, Enniscorthy, on February 20, this year.
Sergeant Stephen Ennis told Judge John Cheatle the garda received a report of a theft from the pharmacy on the date mentioned and that goods worth €46 were allegedly taken.
Judge Cheatle granted a request for a disclosure order in the case and also legal aid. He then then adjourned the case to July 19, for a plea or hearing date to be fixed.
