Hearing date set in alleged assault case in Enniscorthy

A hearing date was set in the case of a defendant charged in connection with an alleged assault incident, when the matter went before Judge John Cheatle at a recent sitting of Gorey District Court.
Nicola Morrissey, 8 St Molings Terrace, Enniscorthy, is charged with committing the alleged offence at Mill Park Road, Enniscorthy, on December 17, 2020.
When the matter went before the recent sitting of the court in Gorey, Sergeant Stephen Ennis informed the judge there was consent for an adjournment to that day.
The judge then put the matter in for hearing to October 18.
