Enniscorthy man is facing motoring charges

The case of a man with no fixed abode who is charged with committing alleged road traffic offences was adjourned when it went before a recent sitting of Gorey District Court.

Gigi Dumitrache is charged with having no insurance or licence at Knockmore, Caim, on April 8, 2021.

He is also charged with entering a building as a trespasser with intent to commit a criminal offence at Ballinlug West Killane, Enniscorthy, on two days later.

When the matter went before Judge John Cheatle in Gorey, State Solicitor, Brendan Curran, told the judge he was seeking an adjournment in the matter.
