Enniscorthy man has his court case adjourned

A case involving a man from Enniscorthy charged with committing an alleged road traffic offence was adjourned when it went before a recent sitting of Gorey District Court.
Patrick Morrissey, 48 Slaney View Park, Enniscorthy, is charged with committing an alleged careless driving offence at Craan, Ferns, on February 22, 2022.
When the case went before Judge John Cheatle at the court sitting in Gorey, solicitor, Lana Doherty told the judge “it should be a short matter”.
Judge Cheatle adjourned the case, for hearing, to July 19.
