Enniscorthy man has his case adjourned

A case involving a motorist from Enniscorthy charged with committing alleged road traffic offences was adjourned when it went before a recent sitting of Gorey District Court.
Cian Murphy, The Still, Templescoby, Enniscorthy, is charged with committing the alleged offences on the R744, at Enniscorthy, on June 20, 2022.
Judge John Cheatle granted a request from solicitor, Tim Cummings, for legal aid in the matter and then adjourned the case, for a plea or a hearing date, to July 19.
