A CASE was struck out at Gorey District Court because the prosecuting garda was unable to attend.

Grigore Dahut Romanescu, 102 Fearach Cnoic, Enniscorthy, was charged with parking on a double yellow line on Irish Street, Enniscorthy, on December 4, 2020. When Sergeant Gary Raynor informed Judge John Cheatle that he didn’t have the investigating garda present in court the judge struck out the case.
