Careless driving case involving man from Enniscorthy is adjourned at Gorey court sitting

A case involving a motorist from Enniscorthy in County Wexford was adjourned when it went before a sitting of Gorey District Court.
Thomas Foley, Dublin Road, Enniscorthy, is charged with an alleged careless driving offence at Raheenagurren, Courtown Harbour, on March 15, 2022.
Sergeant Stephen Ennis told Judge John Cheatle “he has indicated an intention to plead guilty but is looking for an adjournment”.
The judge then put the matter back to July 5.
