A case involving a motorist charged in relation to an alleged hit and run motoring offence will be heard in November.

The case of Thomas Fitzpatrick, Kilbride, Ballon, Carlow, went before Judge John Cheatle at a recent sitting of Gorey District Court.

The offence is alleged to have occurred at Market Square, Bunclody, on October 29, 2021.

The defendant’s solicitor told Judge Cheatle that an adjournment was sought, by consent, in the matter. The judge then adjourned the case, for hearing, to November 9.
