A 9.6 acre site in the thriving Europort village of Rosslare Harbour with panoramic views over the coastline is being offered for sale for €1 million.

The prime development land at Ballygeary is located to the rear of Murphy’s SuperValu and is on the market through the offices of DNG McCormack Quinn.

The site is close to the Eurport and adjacent to the proposed new N25 Road and the railway line.

It has the benefit of an expired planning permission for the development of a 67-unit holiday village and activity centre, which was granted in 2014. The land is zoned “Tourism” in the draft Wexford County Development Plan 2021-2027.
