Tintern actors donate money to Gusserane camogie team

The Tintern Drama Group were delighted to present the proceeds from their recent play to the Gusserane Camogie Feile, team who will be representing their club and county at the Feile Finals on June 24.

Tintern Drama Group Chairperson, Harry Twomey, along with members of the drama group, were back in the hall in Gusserane to make the presentation of a cheque for €1,800 to Gusserane Camogie Club Chairperson, David Wall along with a number of the Feile team and Mentors.

Harry thanked the camogie club for their help on both nights at their recent shows and wished the girls the very best of luck in the Feile finals in June.

David thanked the Tintern Drama Group for their donation and said the money would go towards kitting out the Feile team in the Gusserane colours for the finals.
