Molly O’Shea from the Tara Academy of Irish Dancing came first in the U18 category at the Cumann Rince Naisiunta Irish Open Championships which were held in Dublin.
Molly, from Ballykerogue, Campile, secured first place in what was a proud moment for Molly, her family and her two teachers Kay and Aileen Sutherland.
“Molly is a long standing pupil of the Tara Academy and her hard work was very much rewarded on an extremely prestigious stage,” said Kay. Irish dancing classes take place every Tuesday and Friday evening in Raheen Community Centre.
