RUNNERS from all over the county are expected to assemble under the cover of darkness on Wexford’s quayfront next week as the annual Wexford Credit Union gets up and running.

The race will take place on Thursday, February 9, starting at 7.30 p.m. running along the quay and out the Rosslare Road and back again. Always a favourite on the running calendar, organisers are hopeful of a big turnout with funds raised going to two great causes in the form of the High Meadows Community Hub in Clonard and the Irish Kidney Association.
