Ballyhack NS hosted its first Grandparents’ Day ahead of its open evening this Thursday. “We were delighted to host our very first Grandparents’ Day in the school. It comes as a wonderful opportunity to welcome in past students and members of the community following Covid closures over the past few years," said principal Eva Murphy.

A large crowd of grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles and other family members from the wider community attended.

"We were met with a very positive response and hope this is just the beginning of welcoming in our wider community into the school.”

The open evening takes place from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. this Thursday.
