THE pupils and staff in Castledockrell National School had a very busy couple of weeks recently when they celebrated ‘Friendship Week’ and also World Book Day.

The children were assigned a buddy for Friendship Week and enjoyed lots of different activities together.

A spokesperson for the school commented on some of the things they made including friendship bracelets and decorated pancakes.

They also finished off the week with a line dancing show which proved to be very popular with everyone in the school.
