Mike Denver to bring country classics to Gorey for upcoming gig
Mike Denver, is set to play in Gorey this weekend.
Country dancing fans are in for a real treat this weekend as country music Star Mike Denver and his band return to the Ashdown Park Hotel this Sunday, May 28.
Know as the 'Galway Boy' Mike was born in the town of Portumna and began singing from an early age. Mike started touring at the age of sixteen and signing with Willie Carty Entertainment who has stayed by his side ever since. With hits including 'Wasn't It A Party', 'Galway Girl' and 'Tommy K' to mention just a few, Mike has entertained audiences across Ireland, the UK and further afield for many years. He truly loves what he does and appreciates all his fans and friends throughout country music.
Doors open Sunday night at 8 p.m. with Mike and his band on stage at 9 p.m. Admission is €15 and you can pay the door.
