Local Link Wexford run a bus service from Clologue via Ferns, Ballyduff & Camolin to Gorey every Tuesday & Friday morning, returning in early afternoon. There are scheduled stops but they can also pick passengers up from their homes, offering a door to door service along the route.
Booking is required by calling 053 901 1828. You can also register once and a seat can be reserved for you every week. Bree Bingo
Celtic Roots are back and plans are in place for the group to travel abroad this coming year to represent Wexford in both Lanzarote for the St Patrick’s Day Festival and Laggenbeck in Germany in August to celebrate the local group’s 50th anniversary. The group are therefore organising a bingo on Bank holiday Monday 6th of February in Bree Community Centre Y21XF95. The event will begin at 3pm and will include entertainment from the troupe in between each round. It promises to be a great afternoon for all ages with a raffle and spot prizes also. Galbally Sports & Leisure Club
Galbally Sports and Leisure Club committee would like to say a huge thank you to two local businesses for their generous donations to help with the ongoing running costs of the hall. Assistance from Aileen and Adrian Whelan at LeisureMax and John and Paddy Murphy at JP Murphy Bros has come at a time of increased bills including energy costs and insurance and is much appreciated.
Galbally Leisure Club Membership
Membership per year is €25 per family, €10 for individuals .Membership entitles members to a discount price for hire of the hall for personal leisure activities like volleyball, badminton, card games etc and includes free entry into yearly members draw with hamper prizes. If enough numbers are interested in a particular event we would hope to try to run for free as a way to say thank you for all the support received to keep the hall open especially when this time last year there was an emergency meeting held to prevent the hall closure.

Commiserations to the Bree Macra Novice Debating team of Sarah Byrne, Jordan Feeley, Tyler Murphy and Michael Roche with coach James Byrne who finished runners up in the All Ireland Final last Saturday night in Cork.

Church notes
Mass Times: Mass times for Caim are Sunday morning 10 a.m.; Wednesday morning 9.30 a.m.
Adoration: Eucharistic Adoration will resume in February and all are welcome to participate.

Sympathy

Race Night
Caim National School are hosting a Race Night fundraiser in Rackards Caim on Friday night February 17 at 8 p.m. Proceeds are in aid of a new Sensory Room in Caim National School. Horses are €10 and a great night’s entertainment is promised.
Playground update
Some good news on the playground progress - The playground equipment order has been submitted to the Playground Company (Sole Sports and Leisure) who have advised that they will be onsite in April, weather permitting, to begin installation. Prior to this CCDG and volunteers will begin work on clearing and preparing the site for installation.
Easter Camp
There will be an Easter fun camp in Ballindaggin from Monday, April 3, to Friday, April 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily. Cost €50 per child.
