Enniscorthy chamber to liaise with businesses on streetscape enhancement

ENNISCORTHY Town and District Chamber is to liaise with businesses in the town with regard to the Streetscape Enhancement Scheme.
In a report presented to members of the local authority at their monthly meeting, District Manager, Claire Lawless, said all works in relation to the scheme are to be completed by August 31, this year.
Cllr Kathleen Codd-Nolan asked if there are many businesses in the scheme and in response Ms Lawless said she would check it out and refer back to the councillor.
However, it’s believed around 22 businesses will be involved and Cllr Codd-Nolan said that such a figure would be good because it’s in the centre of the town.
