The President of IT Sligo, Dr Brendan McCormack urges students not to delay entering third-level due to restrictions caused by Covid-19.

There has been growing concerns about the potential impact of COVID19 on the experience of student life in the coming semester as students contemplate their higher education options.

Dr McCormack advises all students to continue to apply to third-level courses during this time; "We would like to reassure our CAO applicants and their parents, whatever happens in September, you will still have a great student experience in IT Sligo with our approach to on-campus/online blended learning."

"Our strength in Online Learning means we are agile and adaptable to provide easy accessible learning for our full time on-campus students. IT Sligo is well equipped to give our undergraduates a truly 21st century education, embracing technology to our advantage, offering seamless access to learning from your laptop," said Dr McCormack.
