CPR Course

'Hands for Life' is a community (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) CPR Training Irish Heart Foundation programme, which offers CPR training free of charge across Ireland to people, who are over 18 years of age.

The Bee Park Community Centre plans to run a community CPR Training Irish Heart Foundation programme course shortly. 'In order to get this free programme we would need at least 90 people interested in joining' the Bee Park Community Centre explains.

The CPR Training Irish Heart Foundation programme course entails a three by one hour class of 30 people.

The Bee Park Community Centre says 'please get in touch if you would like to put your name down' for the CPR Training Irish Heart Foundation programme course.

Every day in Ireland 13 people die from a cardiac arrest and around 70% of these happen in the home. Unfortunately, just 6.5% of people in Ireland, who have a cardiac arrest in a non-hospital setting survive.

CPR is an easy skill to learn and once you know how to do it, you could save someone's life. Meantime the Bee Park Community Centre's phone number is 071 9856935 and its email address is info@beeparkresourcecentre.com.
