Christmas Tree/Carol Service
A large number of residents enjoyed a social evening in the community centre for the Lighting of the Christmas Tree at the community centre. Fr Jim blessed the tree and set in motion our local celebrations of the true meaning of Christmas. Ray Cotter and the local children's and adults choirs entertained all with beautiful Carols and all enjoyed the refreshment provided by our usual volunteers.
Cadra is now working to ensure posters are not erected in our area during all elections' and referenda. We have written to leader and General secretary of each political party requesting they commit to respecting our community by not erecting posters. Please spread the word and ensure all supporters are aware.
