Can’t sleep well? Be patient with remedies... and do NOT give up
Last week I told you about the importance of sleep. I mentioned that I was having difficulty myself and this week I will tell you about some natural remedies to help you get some sleep.
My problem is that I lie there for hours waiting for sleep to come even though I have gone to bed exhausted and ready to snore. But I don't. I'm not even thinking, worrying, or even feeling anxious, although at times I do get angry with myself for not getting to sleep. Once I do get to sleep I wake almost every hour, look at the clock and count up how many hours I have left in bed. In the morning I feel like I haven't slept at all.
A.Vogel Dormeasan is a herbal remedy that worked best for me. It contains valerian, a traditional remedy to help with sleep. It also contains hops to relieve anxiety and stress. Now I get to sleep quicker, and if I do wake up I don't take as long getting back to sleep. Sleep is much more refreshing. I am able to deal with stressful situations during the day far more effectively. To be honest, it didn't work on the first bottle. I had to be patient with it.
