Michael Golding CD launch for Cystic Fibrosis

Titled Back to Castleblakeney, this 16-track CD from Michael Golding will be launched in the Corner House in Ballymote on Sunday, December 16th. All proceeds from the CD are going towards the charity Cystic Fibrosis Galway Hospital Project.

The CD is now for sale in local businesses in Ballymote and also in The Record Room and the Coleman Centre.

The launch is taking place at 6pm. Your support is much appreciated.

Singalong this Saturday

Those with an ear for loony tunes should make a date in their diary and have their voices primed, as the Hawk's Well theatre is set to present a brand new commission in Silly Song Singalong this Saturday.

An interactive music workshop for young children and families who love to sing along and move and groove to some fun music, this high octane event will also feature a new suite of "silly songs" for smallies written by Róisín Egan.

Taking place on Saturday, November 17th at 3pm, awake your sleeping lion, engage your bohemian rhapsody, and get down to the Hawk's Well for a silly, singy afternoon.

SHOUT Ladies lunch in the Diamond Coast

The Diamond Ladies lunch in aid of SHOUT (Sligo Hospital Oncology Unit Trust) is taking place in the Diamond Coast hotel on Friday, November 30th.

There is a champagne reception at 12:15pm and a four course lunch at 1pm.

With a fashion show, entertainment and fun surprises this is a brilliant event supporting a great cause.
