Local dancer Fionn to appear on 'Ireland's Got Talent' show
Sligo's Fionn McMorrow is set to light up our screens again as he is set to appear on Ireland's Got Talent this Saturday (March 2nd).
Fionn recently wowed audiences as he appeared on BBC's 'The Greatest Dancer'.
The nine-year-old is returning to the IGT stage this year after getting as far as the judges' deliberations in series one.
Fionn danced with his partner Izzie and they got four yeses from the judges.
He was very disappointed last year that he got no further but he's back this year to give it another go
Dancing has always been a huge passion for Fionn, and he has been doing it since he age of two.
His dad is his number one fan, he travels up and down the country bringing him to competitions and when he goes to the pub with the other dads he's always talking about how great he is.
Fionn is inspired by Dane Bates & Billy Elliot.
He wants to show the audience that boys can dance as just as well as girls and hopes that taking part in the show will help him gain experience and build his confidence.
He dances every day and his dream is to one day perform on the West End or Broadway.
Fionn has previously placed 2nd in the World Championships.
He has been practising hard every week to make sure his routine is perfect for the judges.
Fionn loves to freestyle dances and can choreograph routines as he goes along if he hears music play.
