Wexford native and soprano Sinead Campbell-Wallace and Music Network artist in residence guitarist Redmond O'Toole are to present a concert of 19th-century romantic music for guitar and voice at the National Opera House at 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 12.

Songs that were originally written for voice with piano will be presented in a new light through the intimate medium of classical guitar and voice.

Don't miss a wonderful selection of Schubert's Lieder in arrangements by Johann Kaspar Mertz and John Duarte and interspersed with Italian Arias and other music from Italian guitarist/composer Mauro Giuliani.

Heart wrenching emotions and exquisite melodies are the order of the evening.

Tickets are €20. For bookings call 053 912 2144 nationaloperahouse.ie
