Good Counsel to hold major reunion

The Good Counsel College secondary school in New Ross will be holding a major student reunion event in the college on Saturday, October 26.

The school recently formed a Past Pupils Union committee which is composed of former pupils from counties Wexford, Kilkenny, Waterford and Carlow.

A spokesperson for the committee said the members are now in the planning stages of the initial 'grand reunion' and all past pupils are encouraged to attend.

The date for the event was chosen in conjunction with the school management team of Principal, Mark O'Brien; Deputy Principal, Aidan O'Brien and PJ Walsh.

The event will take place in the school and the organisers say it will get under way at 7 p.m.

The spokesperson said the committee would like all past pupils to contact the committee at: past.pupils@goodcounselcollege.ie.

Former pupils planning on going can also contact the college by telephone on 051 421182 or by text to 086 239267.
