ST JAMES' GAA LOTTO

The lotto jackpot is €14,000 and the next draw will take place on the evening of Tuesday, September 3. Lotto tickets are €2 each and can be purchased from committee members and in local shops and pubs. Sugradh Childcare Centre has two vacancies under Community Employment for childcare workers. This is especially suitable for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in childcare. The vacancies will provide participants with the opportunity to gain a QQI qualification in childcare while also gaining practical work experience in a childcare setting. Family Support Worker

Family life isn't always easy. Life events like birth, death, separation, abuse, illness, mental health difficulties, disability, job loss and financial concerns, add to the stress and strain of everyday life.

Family support services can help. Having someone to talk to can be of great benefit. Our family support worker can chat with you over the phone and/or meet with you at home or at the centre.

Forever Fit

A new fitness class is coming to South West Wexford Family Resource Centre - Forever Fit Wexford 'Active 50+'. Dancing and singing to lovely music + Stretching. Appropriate exercise suitable for ages 60+ 70+ 80+. Maintaining bone density, flexibility, strength, vitality and sociability.

Fusion Youth Café

Fusion Youth Café is open to young people aged 11-18 living in southwest Wexford.

Located in South West Wexford Family Resource Centre, Ramsgrange, it is open every Wednesday and Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and members can stay for as long or as little as they like. A pick up and drop off service is available free of charge.

Activities include pool, table-tennis, video games, arts and crafts, with day trips and camps over the holidays. Tuck shop available at very reasonable prices. Call 087 3607450 or 051 389 418 for more information.

Campile Bingo

There is a weekly game of bingo being held in Campile Hall every Monday night at 8.30 p.m. in aid of the ongoing development of the hall, with prize money of €1,250 approximately being paid out each night with a rolling in house lotto and Snowball also being played each night. We welcome each and every one senior citizens, young and children alike to try it and enjoy a great night out and win some money into the bargain.
