The lotto jackpot is €13,100 and the next draw will take place on the evening of Tuesday, June 11.

Pilgrimage to Knock

Senior citizens Concern CLG is holding its AGM on Thursday, June 13, at 8 p.m. in St Louis Day Care Centre.

Classic pop concert

New Ross Singers will be performing a concert of classic pops of the 20th century in the Horse and Hound, Ballinaboola, on Tuesday, June 11, at 8 p.m. as a fundraiser for our wonderful and most deserving local Community Hospital. So it's Beatles, Bacharach, Beach Boys, Queen, Cohen, ABBA all the way. Special guests on the night will be the Nomads, well remembered and back for one night only. Tickets €15 at the door.

New Parents and Life Skills (PALS) Group - a social group for parents that want to take 'time-out' from everyday life. Meeting Thursdays at 10 a.m. in SWWFRC, pop in for a cuppa and a chat, all welcome.

Campile Bingo

There is a weekly game of bingo being held in Campile Hall every Monday night at 8.30 p.m. in aid of the ongoing development of the hall, with prize money of €1,250 approximately being paid out each night with a rolling in house lotto and Snowball also being played each night. We welcome each and every one senior citizens, young and children alike to try it and enjoy a great night out and win some money into the bargain.

St Leonards

Cards

Winners of the cards in St Leonards hall last week were; Martin Hanlon, Kitty Roche and Margaret Cullen. Second prize went to, David Murphy, John Sinnott and Georgie Foley. Carmel Kehoe, Aidan Colfer and Johny Colfer took third prize. The last game draw winners were Nick Doyle, Seán Colfer and Brendan Colfer.

The raffle winners on the night were; Andy Reville, David Murphy, Johnny Colfer and Eilsh Breen. The cards continue every Saturday night at 8.30 p.m.

Lotto

There was no jackpot winner in the Tintern lotto draw last week. Mary Hayes c/o T Power and Martin Stafford c/o J Flynn matched three numbers and each received €100. The numbers drawn were 6, 18, 21 and 27. Next week's jackpot is €8,600 and next week's match-three winners will share €200.

Tickets on sale in all local shops and pubs and from committee members.

Patron

The annual patron including Mass and blessing of the graves will take place in St Leonards Cemetery on Sunday, June 30, at midday. Patron and blessing of graves in Clonmines Cemetery will take place on Friday, June 28, at 7.30 p.m.
