The home side took the spoils on a scoreline of 0-20 to 1-12 in a rather lack lustre affair and both teams will need to step up considerably.

Kilmore Scope

Kilmore Scope would like to thank the contractors, workers, Bridgetown Development Group, volunteers and anyone who helped in any way during this week to get the work carried out which was badly needed.

It is great to see the new floor and hopefully we can expand our services and activities as a result. We wish to thank the relevant bodies who funded this project, namely Wexford County Council and the HSE Lottery fund without them we would not be able to do this necessary work. And last but not least the community at large for your support to us over the years. It is all very much appreciated.

Yoga

Kundalini Yoga started again on Monday, September 9, at 6 p.m. in Tomhaggard Social Centre. This year we are focusing on making sure the body feels safe during our yoga sessions. Yoga is a great way of being a little more flexible in both body and mind. It also brings us inward to meet ourselves and to see where that leads us.

If you've never tried yoga and thinking of joining us the only thing you need to be able to do is get down onto the floor (and off it) and after that it's all systems go. You only do what you're body is able to do. There is no race, no end-line, just you being with your body for that time. Why not try something different this September. It's pay-as-you-go, €5. If you want to phone me please do at 087 2074282, Eleanor. Bring something to lie on and a blanket and cushion.
