Ballycullane: Lotto Syndicate - Gusserane GAA Club have decided to run with their very successful lotto Syndicate fundraiser for the coming year again, once the current one ends in the coming weeks.

The annual cost is €240 per entry. This includes you in the club's lotto Syndicate where the hope is that the Syndicate will land a major National Lottery win during the course of the year. It also includes a Model County Draw where you will be in with three monthly chances of winning a car, among many other prizes. Two lucky members of the Syndicate will also be drawn from the hat each month where they will win €100 each. There will also be a draw for all fully paid up members.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards the construction of a gym at Tom Somers Park in Gusserane. Construction is expected to commence very shortly. Your support once again would be greatly appreciated. Registration Night.

Gusserane Coiste na nÓg

Registration night will take place on Friday, February 7, in the Tintern Complex, Ballycullane from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be a for a Gusserane half zip for all members who register on the night. Registration fees this year are €50 for one child and €90 for two or more children. New members are welcome and mentors of teams will be available on the night to discuss their plans for the year ahead.

Tintern Community Games

The AGM taking place next Tuesday, February 4, 7.30 p.m. at Tintern complex. Full attendance would be much appreciated. We would like to welcome all parents to become involved and furthermore we very much welcome new parents on board. Community Games offers endless opportunities to our children from Draughts, art and handwriting, model making, project, debating, drama, music, soccer swimming, skittles, quiz, athletics, football, hurling, rugby, rounders and most of all making new friends. Come along no pressure just help out.

St James GAA Lotto

The jackpot is €14,000 and the next draw will take place on the evening of Tuesday, February 4. Tickets are €2 each and can be purchased from committee members and in local shops and pubs. The club would like to thank all the ticket sellers and the premises who take their lotto books for ticket sales.

Art Festival and photo competition at SWWFRC

An Art Festival will take place at SWWFRC from March 4 to March 6. The main focus of the festival is a mobile phone camera photo competition. In order to enter please complete the following: Email your photo to photocompswwfrc@gmail.com; Include your name, mobile number, age and photo title. Closing date February 19.

Finalists photo will be displayed in the Community Café. Also on display throughout the Art Festival will be photographs by Blokes With Cameras, paintings by Ernie Dundon, Wood Carving by the Ramsgrange Men's Shed, Lacework by St Louis Stitchers, pottery and much more.

A new family support drop-in service will take place at South West Wexford Family Resource Centre, on the first Wednesday of every month from 3 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. No appointment necessary.

Fusion Youth Café

Fusion Youth Café is open to young people aged 11-18 living in southwest Wexford. Located in South West Wexford Family Resource Centre, Ramsgrange. It is open every Wednesday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 7 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. and members can stay for as long or as little as they like. Pick up and drop off service available free of charge.

Campile Bingo

There is a weekly game of bingo being held in Campile Hall every Monday night at 8 p.m. in aid of the ongoing development of the hall, with prize money of €1,250 approximately being paid out each night with a rolling in house lotto and Snowball also being played each night. We welcome each and every one senior citizens, young and children alike to try it and enjoy a great night out and win some money into the bargain.
