The Maldron Hotel is being leased out to its current tenants for just over €5,500 a week.
The Maldron is part of a high profile portfolio of hotels which is being sold by CBRE. The portfolio which includes hotels in Cork, Kerry and Limerick would, if sold as one lot, see the new owner acquire a total of 835 bedrooms nationwide.
According to selling agents CBRE the Maldron Hotel in Wexford has a guide price of €3.5 million and boasts 108 bedrooms.
It is being marketed as an investment sale and the current tenants will not be affected by the sale. The hotel is currently leased out for 25 years dating back to December 2002 with an annual rent of €300,000 which is approximately €5,769 a week.
The three star hotel comes complete with a leisure club and conference facilities.
Selling agents CBRE confirmed that the seven strong hotel portfolio is available as a single lot, in groups or as individual hotels.
The sale of the hotels is expected to achieve in excess of €35m.
