Healing harmony comes to town

Rachel who is an ethno- musicologist, singer and teacher will run an a day of harmony through the voice.

She says this will provide a deeply relaxing dose of chanting, harmony singing and vocal sounds.

'It will include vocal toning, harmonising the chakras and mantras, harmony songs and chants from different traditions.

'This session is open to all, regardless of your singing skill and experience, to explore vocal sound in a safe nurturing environment.

'The session will leave you uplifted yet relaxed, and you will come away with several tools for harnessing your own voice to bring harmony into your life,' says Rachel.

She has been running Global Harmonies singing and voice workshops for individual and organisations from schools to businesses to NGOs for over ten years.

The workshop will take place from 10am - 4pm Sunday November 16th in Alison Kelly's meditation space in Stockwell St, Drogheda.
