Miles of unspoiled beach spreads before you from the vantage point of the aptly named Beach Haus. The name itself is a nod to the Bauhaus, that legendary school of architecture that created the future of sleek and stylish design.

With every level of contemporary comfort and sophistication built in - from heat recovery to surround sound, a full sized gym to a waterfront hot tub - the Beach Haus is an elegant top of the range space, where no matter how hard you work, every day can feel like a well earned holiday.

Sitting on approximately 0.26 Hectare (0.64 Acres), the Beach Haus is laid out over three levels. It is a seven-bedroom space, with a separate and equally luxurious two bedroom apartment. Inside and outside blend seamlessly, as picture windows allow you to drink in the views that stretch from the Mountains of Mourne, along the coast, and south to Dublin, which is within an easy drive along the nearby M1.

Outside matches the interior in both spec and beauty, with fully landscaped grounds, security gates, outdoor lighting, entertainment terraces and balconies, and direct beach front access, though a door accessed via security code - so you don't even need to bring your keys to the beach.

At garden (and beach) level, there are three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. There are two further bathrooms, plus an open plan kitchen and lounge area. This can also be closed off to create a separate apartment, although Terrazzo flooring makes the spaces flow seamlessly throughout. Rich walnut doors, and concealed ambient lighting add to the beauty, while an inter-floor service hatch makes living a breeze.

Throughout the house, huge windows and French windows give access to the glorious views.

A vast kitchen, dining and sitting room on the first floor is the centrepiece of the house. An ideal family and entertainment space, the contemporary kitchen has a curved central unit and breakfast bar, and every convenience the modern cook may require. Meanwhile, a huge built-in flat screen television is almost enough to distract attention from those marvellous views.

Below, in the lower level, there is a fully equipped gym, a games room and the all-important plant room.

Protected by security gates, and set back from the road, the Beach House has been designed as a series of sleek, contemporary interlocking boxes. These create a sheltered internal terrace with a water feature on the land-side, while the house opens up to the beach on the sea-side.

Beautifully landscaped, the c2ha (.5acres) of grounds are dotted with terraces and decking, and overlooked by large balconies and upper terraces. To the water-side, a hot tub on a deck is the perfect place to start, or finish your day, while beach access is via a private gate with a security code, so you can enjoy the astonishing amenity and its beauty, literally on your doorstep, without having to think twice.

The Beach Haus has also been designed to protect and shelter. Specced to withstand storms and the shifting of tides and sands, this is a house that has been built to last through time. Modern conveniences outside include outdoor LED lighting, external electricity points, granite and limestone paving, and a double garage, to collect your cars, should you ever want to leave.
