Currow native Robin O’Day, who is now lives in Milltown, has a long association with underage soccer in Kerry, fulfilling many roles at club and county level. He managed Kerry in 2019 so he was involved on both sides of Covid at Limerick UL. Since then he has continued his involvement in the game at coaching level and has added to his tally of achievements along the way.

Just two weeks ago he scaled new heights in his sporting career when he was the manager of Cork team that won the Kennedy Cup schoolboyt soccer competition for the first time since 1989 at the University of Limerick.
