Ballyhar hit Killarney Celtic B for five

IT is certainly more about quality than quantity with only a few League games remaining.

Ballyhar went into their last game of the season at home to Killarney Celtic B knowing that they needed all three points to claim the Tralee Trophy World 16 Division 1 title. Celtic B had only pride to play for and did put it up to the home side but in the end goals from Donnacadh O'Connor (2), William Courtney, Daniel O'Sullivan and Connall Murphy were enough to secure the League title for Ballyhar. Luke Doran replied for Killarney Celtic B from the penalty spot.

THE Killarney Plaza Under 15 Premier is certainly going down to the wire and the Park need to win their remaining games to force a play-off with Killarney Celtic, who they still have to play.

The added their latest three points and move onto 24/9, three behind Celtic, following a 3-1 over Killarney Athletic. Ferdia O'Brien, Fergal Ryan and Luke Moynihan were on the mark for the Park while James Suter got the Athletic goal. Unfortunately for the Athletic boys they missed a penalty. The League and the club would like to wish David Naughton all the best in his upcoming Irish trials.
