Glenbeigh/Glencar still to appoint manager following O'Shea's departure
All-Ireland Junior Club Champions Glenbeigh/Glencar are the only club in Mid Kerry to confirm their management team for 2018 after Aidan O'Shea has formally stepped down from the role after the club's success in Croke Park last February.
The team that defeated them in last year's Mid Kerry SFC final, Beaufort, have appointed Eanna O'Malley in place of the departing Gary McGrath, while Keel will be managed by former Scartaglin manager and Glenbeigh/Glencar native Pat O'Shea during the coming year.
In East Kerry, meanwhile, Spa have appointed Ivor Flynn as manager in place of Joe Shannon, while Sean Óg O'Leary will be staying on with Gneeveguilla.
Listry have a new management team in place with Michael O'Dwyer and Michael Tagney taking over from Seanie O'Shea after the club's Junior Club Championship success last year.
Rathmore native Denis Reen will be in charge of Glenflesk this year after being involved with the Kiskeam side that won the Cork Premier Intermediate Football title in 2016.
Elsewhere, Kilcummin and Kenmare Shamrocks are resuming team training despite not having official management teams in place yet.
Templenoe, meanwhile, have confirmed that Mike Hussey will be staying on with the club, with Kerry Minor team physical trainer Padraig Murphy of Laune Rangers also coming on board to do the physical training of the side.
