A great literary night is on the cards in the Rose Hotel over the next two months with some of the most talented writers that Kerry has to offer lined up for the event.

There will be three events over the course of February and March, the first of which will take place on Tuesday, February 7.

Emma Larkin, a children’s author, will headline this first evening where she will be talking about her journey to getting published and her advice for those setting out on the same path.

Fast forward to Tuesday February 21 when award-winning poet Victoria Kennefick and Tralee native Liz Quirke will be taking part in an evening of poetry.

Finally, on Wednesday, March 7, the brilliant Amanda Geard - author of the book ‘The Midnight House’ – will be there talking about her career to date.

The evenings will run from 8pm – 9.30pm in the Kerry Suite of The Rose Hotel on the above dates and admission is completely free.

Donations on the night are welcomed for the Kerry Cancer Support Group Health Link Transport.
