Gardaí investigating Killarney stabbing in which man in his 20s injured

Gardaí in Killarney are investigating a stabbing incident which occurred on New Street, Killarney

The incident, which occurred on Saturday night/early Sunday morning was not fatal. It is understood a 20-year-old male stabbed another male in an apartment complex in the town. 

The injured party was a man 21 years old. 

Gardaí attended the scene of the incident, and investigations into the serious incident are now underway. 

Meanwhile, in a separate incident in Tralee, a murder investigation is underway following a fatal stabbing in the town. 

Two men have been arrested.
