Cyclists' bike swiped while he was at Mass


Gardaí in Tralee are asking for the public's help as they try to trace a bike that was stolen while its owner was at Mass last weekend.

The cyclist left his bike outside St John's Church on Castle Street on Saturday evening as he attended evening mass and when he returned he was shocked to find a thief had made off with it.

The stolen bike is a white racer and anyone who knows where it is or who may have seen the thief is urged to contact Tralee Garda Station at 066 7102300.

Meanwhile gardaí in the town are also trying to find another bike that was stolen on Rock Street back in May. The theft happened at around 3pm on May 30.

This bike was described as a black Jupiter Tuscan bicycle with distinctive blue transfers. Again anyone wit information should call Tralee Garda Station.
