Meditating and enjoying Yoga by the sea for MOYA in Ballybunion

People of all ages are invited to take part in MOYA - Meditation, Ocean, Yoga and Art - the holistic, healing festival taking place in Ballybunion shortly.

Everyone is invited to immerse themselves in a weekend of wellness-focused workshops and activities in the North Kerry resort over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

Events such as art, sand art on the beach, yoga, mindfulness, crystal workshop, reflexology, bouncy castles and face painting.

There will be guided walks at Bromore Cliffs and Ballybunion Cliffs and wild swimming. There will be large aerial display kites and sand sculptures as well as a food trail and events in the local bars, restaurants and in SuperValu.

Among these activities are classes in yoga, meditation, nutrition, chi gong and drumming, angel workshops, sound baths, stone stacking, Thai massage, acupuncture and reflexology as well as yoga classes and cooking demonstrations.

Pat Falvey, explorer and author, will open the festival with an inspirational and enjoyable workshop at the Tintean Theatre.
