Grab your leg warmers for the ultimate 80s Winter Music Extravaganza Forever Young's Winterfest to feature Howard Jones, Tony Hadley, Nik Kershaw, Go West, Nick Heyward, Altered Images, The Christians and many more.

December 6-7 at the INEC Killarney is the place to be as organisers of the Forever Young Festival are delighted to announce a two day indoor festival of incredible 80s music and entertainment.

The festival is great opportunity for grown-ups with a love of the '80s and who want to let loose for a weekend and party like it's 1985 all over again!

Artists in the line-up for the weekend include 80s icons Howard Jones, Tony Hadley, Nik Kershaw, Go West, Nick Heyward, Altered Images, The Christians, Andrew Strong(Commitments), Dr and the Medics, Rusty Egan DJ; while on the Great Pretenders tribute stage, the top Duran Duran tribute act will perform.

The festival promises to bring you back to a simpler time when synths and big hair ruled the world, and also features the "Let's Dance" Silent Disco, Stars in their Eyes Live Band Karaoke, retro 80's classic movies and much more. Organisers are encouraging fans of the 80s to dig out those fingerless gloves, luminous tops, get crimping and back combing and head down to the Christmas party of 2019.

Day tickets are on sale from €75, while weekend tickets are priced at €145 including all the entertainment on offer. 80s music revellers can also stay in accommodation onsite, come in their camper van or caravan, or utilise the huge choice of accommodation options for all budgets in beautiful Killarney, details of which can be found on the festival website. Like their summer event, Forever Young Winterfest is a music event with a heart, set up to raise money for animal welfare, in partnership with the ISPCA.

Tickets from Ticketmaster outlets, and further information on the festival can be found on Facebook or at foreveryoungfestival.ie/winterfest/.
