WELL-known local musician Noel Hartnett is inviting music fans to come along to a night of music and dance in aid of the Recovery Haven cancer support house next week.

Noel, who is known far and wide as one half of the much-loved musical duo, Eileen and Noel, has organised a night of music at The Earl of Desmond next Tuesday night, April 15.

Ballyseedy native Noel and his wife Sheila have organised the concert which will include performances by P.J Murrihy, Patrick O'Sullivan and, of course, Eileen and Noel.

Noel, who has run numerous fundraisers for Recovery Haven over the years is, of course, happy to do everything he can to support the charity.

"Recovery Haven is brilliant service and they deserve every bit of help they can get. They offer services that people can't get anywhere else and they have transformed hundreds of people's lives and we're delighted to be able to help in any way we can," he said.

As well as music and entertainment there will be range of spot prizes, including hampers that have been donated by several local businesses, up for grabs on the night. Tickets, costing €10 will be available on the door and every cent raised will go directly to Recovery Haven.
