Who missed risk at flats?
PRIVATE owners and renters in a Dublin apartment complex have been told to leave their homes because of a fire risk.
Dublin City Council has told them there was "a serious risk" to safety in the event of a fire at the Priory Hall complex in Donaghmede.
The developers of the complex certainly have some serious questions to answer to people who have invested in the apartments.
But so, too, do the authorities who allowed the construction to go ahead in the first place.
