Trial for 3 accused of violent disorder
THREE relatives accused of violent disorder have been sent forward for trial.
John Collins (25), David Collins (20) and Patrick Collins (30) have been ordered to have no contact either directly or indirectly with the alleged injured party.
They have also been ordered not to engage with the alleged victim through social media.
John Collins, of Cappagh Drive, David Collins, of Avila Park and Patrick Collins, of Villa Park, all in Finglas appeared before Blanchardstown District Court charged with criminal damage and violent disorder at Cloonlara Drive in Finglas on July 31, 2013.

The men are accused of damaging the windows and front door of a house and a 2003-registered vehicle.
A State solicitor said the book of evidence was ready and had been served on the accused, who go forward to the present sittings of Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
Judge David McHugh gave the men 14 days to provide details of anyone they propose calling as a witness.
The judge also ordered that a video copy of an interview which gardai conducted with the accused be furnished to their legal team.
