Trend sees profits rise
IRISH-BASED computer anti-virus software manufacturer Trend Micro recorded a jump in pre-tax profits to €17.6m.
The Japanese firm confirmed that a further 100 jobs were due to be created in Cork as it set up a centre for the company's Europe, Africa and Middle East markets.
Revenues more than doubled last year to €156.9m.
