GOOD to see Newstalk presenter Sile Seoige out and about again after her cancer battle last year.
The glamorous broadcaster lined out with former soccer star Richard Sadlier this week to help launch 'Go Green for June 14', alongside Fergus Finlay of Barnardo's.
At tomorrow's fundraiser, Newstalk is urging businesses and employers across the country to wear green for the day to support the Republic of Ireland.
Meanwhile, her fellow Newstalk presenter Tom Dunne will be at the Sugar Club tomorrow night for the final of his programme's singer/songwriter competition.
•THE music from some of the best-loved Disney musicals will be brought to life this month with a unique performance by the RTE Concert Orchestra.
Top Broadway vocalists Candice Safstrom, Whitney Kaufman, Aaron Philips and Andrew Johnson, alongside conductor Richard Kaufman, will take to the stage to belt out some of the most memorable songs from shows including Aladdin and The Little Mermaid.
Audiences will have the chance to attend one of two concerts running on Saturday, June 23, at 3pm and 7pm.
•INVITED guests will be hoofing it to the RDS on June 26 to the Champagne Bar of the D4 venue.
They'll be on hand to hear details of the new date for the Dublin Horse Show, which will run at a late slot this year, namely from August 15-19.
This year will once again see a competition for the best-dressed lady taking place, as well as all the usual show-jumping and equestrian action, with the highlight being the Aga Khan Nations Cup.
•KEEP an ear out for Little Ripples, the debut album from the Irish/Spanish songwriter Eric McGrath. Born in Dublin to a Spanish mother and Irish father, he draws his inspiration from music from around the globe.
The Chemistry graduate went on to do a Masters in Music and Media at Trinity College Dublin before going on to release his first album. He'll be taking to the stage at the Sugar Club on Thursday, June 21, where he will perform his new material.
