Sunshine break for TV3 star Sybil before she's back to work after maternity leave

TV3'S Sybil Mulcahy is heading off for a week in the sunshine before gearing up to return to work.

The Morning Show presenter has revealed how she's counting down the days until the weekend as she's heading off for a relaxing break in Crete with her sister.

"She's celebrating her 50th birthday so I'm heading off on Friday and I literally can't wait," she said. "I'm leaving the two kids at home with John and I'm just bringing the baby.

"She has organised the party in the same place that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt stayed in, it's meant to be amazing."

Sybil is due to return to work at the end of next month, having been on maternity leave since having baby Michael last April.

New mum Aisling O'Loughlin had been covering for her, but is now due to return to her old slot on Xpose amid speculation as to whether Kirsteen O'Sullivan will stay with the programme or not.
