Well done both minor football teams, who returned to action after exam break with two good wins. The first team overcame Sylvesters, while second team had a good win against St Finian's. CLANNA GAEL FONTENOY

CONGRATULATIONs to our U12 footballers who put together two impressive back-to-back victories in Division 1. First up was a commanding midweek home win against Round Towers during which all players took the opportunity to showcase their skills. This was followed over weekend by another good win, this time away to St Judes. This leaves the team in a well-deserved, top-of-the-table position. Our U16 footballers continue to show the strong form that won them their division final against St Maurs. In their latest outing against Skerries, when both teams played some great football and racked up some fine scores, Clanns went on to win 3-10 to 2-9. Our U-13 footballers did not enjoy the same fruits of their labour unfortunately with their winning streak coming to an end this last weekend. Missing quite a number of their regular players away in the Gaeltacht or on holidays, they went down to a skilful Na Fianna side. Hopefully, the return shortly to a reasonably full squad again will enable the team to maintain their current position atop of Division 5. Unfortunately, our senior hurlers bowed out of the championship losing by a margin of five points away to Commercials and their attention must now turn to important forthcoming league fixtures. Finally, there was no lotto winner (10 June draw): the Jackpot A numbers were 11, 14, 18, 24 and 28; the Jackpot B numbers were 3, 4, 7, 13 and 30.

CLONTARF

QF of championship is at home on P34 Tue evening 2nd July. Juvenile mentors are asked to bring up lads and support team. Please see extended club notes on website for all match reports. BHÍ an cluiche deireanach sa "round robin" den Craobh Idirmheánach againn ar an gCéadaoin agus d'éirigh linn an lámh in uachtar a fháil ar Faughs. Bhí an-chluiche ag Seán. Ar an Satharn theip orainn san AHL 2 in aghaidh Baile Buadáin.Bhí ceathrar in easnamh againn agus chailleamar Stephen go luath sa chéad leath nuair a bhris sé a lámh.Ar an Déardaoin chríochnaigh na Sóisir ar chomh scór leis Na Stárseirbhís sa Chraobh agus mar sin beidh cluiche sa cheathrú-chraobh againn sa bhaile. Ar an Domhnach bhí bua eile ag na Sóisir sa sraith in aghaidh O'Dwyers agus bhí an-chluiche ag Dean agus ag Devin freisin. Ghlac níos mó ná trí scór daoine óga faoi 7 páirt in Blitz idir Setanta agus Na Fianna ar an Aoine.An-oíche ag gach duine. Tá ár mbuíochas tuillte ag na daoine a ghlac páirt sa mion-maratón ar son Setanta le déanaí.Maith sibh. Tá brón orm nach raibh aon scéal agam maidir leis an Lotto agus na nótaí seo á ullmhú agam don Herald. Cluiche iontach ag na Dubs in aghaidh Cill Chainnigh ar an Domhnach agus go n'éirí leo san ath-imirt ar an Satharn seo chugainn.
