GIOVANNI Trapattoni has urged all his players to do everything they can to find a new club before the August transfer deadline slams shut.
Shay Given, Keith Treacy and Darren O'Dea managed to resolve difficult club situations during the summer and Shane Long will be playing Premier League football after his switch from Reading to West Brom.
But Trapattoni wants to see more men on the move. "Yes, I think just four players have moved clubs and I would have preferred more. Maybe eight ... maybe all of them," he said with a grin.
Trapattoni has urged both Robbie Keane and Darron Gibson to redouble their efforts to find new clubs and regular football.
"Gibson is not just potential. He has very good quality and at 22 years he should be playing," said Trap.
"I can see Robbie's frustration. The first or second year he has this same situation. We need him to play," he added.
