THE ASTON Villa managerial team of Paul Lambert and Roy Keane are under pressure after yet another Premier League loss for the club.
After last night's 2-0 loss away to QPR, the focus has turned onto Lambert and Keane as Villa, with five straight defeats and with over eight hours without a goal, are on the worst run in the club's history.
And Lambert admits that the poor run is a worry. "It's always a concern when you don't win football matches and this run has got to stop," said Lambert after the loss to QPR.
"You've got to earn the right to win a game and we didn't put the ball in the back of the net. We should have dealt better with the goals because they were both preventable."
Villa are now nine games without a goal but the under-fire Lambert expects a response in their next game, against Spurs on Sunday.
"They will come out of the traps on Sunday and I know we are going to be alright in that department (goals) because when Benteke gets up to speed and, with Agbonlahor, Weimann, N'Zogbia and Bent, there are guys there with goals in them and it will happen," Lambert added.
